As a Project Manager or Project Leader, we handle all intercommunication with the contractors or architects responsible for the site. We will be present during the negotiations and in all various stages of execution of the project until its completion. Our oversight includes the verification of the quotations proposed by the suppliers, the scheduling of the contractor, the negotiation on your behalf in order to obtain attractive prices, and the coordination of all the stakeholders on the construction site. 

You will have a weekly report on the progress of the work. We offer the option to install cameras on the site to follow the progress from abroad. The purpose is to create harmony between the contractor and the different suppliers so that the project is uninterrupted.
